Building work is carried out according to the instructions of architects and engineers. Qualified engineers and specialists monitor the complete building project from the planning stage, through building permission to completion and handover to the customer.
Development Project
The development project with , footpaths, parking spaces, electricity, water, canalization/septic tank, grounds, outer wall with entry gate is included.
Shell Construction
• Foundation and base plate of concrete, with damp course
• Bricked outer walls result in a pleasant room climate, protect against cold, heat and noise and prevent unwanted structural problems
• Bricked inner walls
• Inner and outer staircases of solid concrete with ceramic stairs
• Floors between storeys of 32 cm thick reinforced concrete or lightweight concrete brick providing optimum sound insulation in accordance with statistical calculations
• Steel constructed roof truss with OSB boarding, bitumen strips as sealant, roofed with roof tiles.

Facilities and Grounds
Grounds with lawn, shrubs and bushes including among other things, palms, oranges, bananas and mandarines. The complete estate is walled-in and includes an entry gate, generously designed communal pool facilities and attractively designed grounds with footpaths and access paths.
Warranty
In accordance with regulations, there is a 5 year warranty on the building for elementary damage. Other built-in elements and appliances are covered by warranty as provided by manufactures and suppliers. Building materials are covered by the ISO 9001/TSE warranty.
